Who I Am:
I am an AEC (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) marketing consultant who specializes in the mining and heavy civil industries. My first job in mining in 2010 was for a small, underground mining contractor reopening legacy mines in Colorado and Arizona. Because it was a small company, I wore many [hard]hats - accounting, human resources, equipment logistics, safety, marketing, benefits administration, etc. I parlayed that experience into a rewarding career in marketing and business development, helping engineering consultants and contractors win work at mines. I have been working as an independent marketing consultant since 2020.
Why I Do What I Do:
I enjoy strategizing with my clients to figure out their "why" and best position themselves in the marketplace. I also like to win large projects for my clients by applying my marketing philosophy to their pursuits.
My Passions:
I am passionate about helping the world transition to a sustainable way of life, with mining playing a major role in getting us there by providing the raw materials necessary to build solar panels, wind turbines, hydropower machinery, and nuclear power plants. I also enjoy empowering other women in the mining industry through mentorship and advocacy.
Master Choa Kok Sui
I chose a pinecone to represent my brand as a symbol of the rebirth of my marketing career in a consulting role. My consulting business started when my son was born to fulfill my professional ambitions while navigating new motherhood. Today, my son and my business are growing and flourishing!
